The Origami Yogis teach students how to use the measure of their own body to line up their postures, making the practice available to anyone.
Classes will always have a variety of poses and will use lots of props to help give students good boundaries and a stable practice. These classes are open to any level of yoga experience, from beginner to advanced, as Katonah Yoga® is an egalitarian practice.

Protocol for class will include:
- Mats will be set up with physical distancing measures in place. Classes will have a maximum of 15 students, allowing 5 feet of space between mats.
- Hands on adjustments are back! Instructors will be sanitizing between adjustments. Please let us know prior to the start of class if you would not like hands on adjustments.
